On February 06, 2026, the groundbreaking ceremony for Carlsberg LDP Phase 2 project was held at Vientiane brewery. The warehousing project includes new FG warehouse with overhead bridge, new firefighting system with NFPA standard, underground fire tanks, forklift charging station, waste storage and infrastructure, with a total construction area of approximately 15,000 square meters. BMP provided EPCM services for the project from conception, detail design to construction and will deliver these high standard buildings to the Carlsberg and BeerLao on time.
On February 5, 2026, the main structure topping-out ceremony was held for the High-end Medical Device R&D and Manufacture Center of Siemens Shenzhen Magnetic Resonance Ltd. BMP provided efficient CM services for this project. As an important part of Siemens’ “dual-site operation” model in Shenzhen, this facility is responsible for the research, development, and production of angiography equipment, core magnetic resonance components, as well as Siemens’ newly launched DryCool innovative superconducting magnets. The project covers an area of 63,000 square meters, with a total construction area of 98,000 square meters. The maximum diameter of the piles is 2,200 mm, and the total length of the concrete reperfusion piles amounts to 5.6 km. Through one year of close collaboration between the BMP team, Siemens, the local government, and relevant design and construction partners, a total of 51,000 cubic meters of concrete have been poured so far, and the weight of the installed steel structures amounts to 2,700 tons. For subsequent MEP installation, decorative curtain wall, interior decoration and other work, the BMP team will continue to maintain a high level of efficiency to ensure that the remaining construction tasks are completed on time and with high quality, and ensure that the project to be completed and put into operation promptly, thereby realizing its full potential.
Regarding the building CSA construction and MEPI installation progress, we are pleased to officially announce that the cumulative safe man-hours for the construction and installation works at the QH ZJG project have reached 800,000 hours with no Lost-Time Injuries (LTI) on January 27th, 2026. BMP serves as the EPCM company for this project, this achievement reflects our unwavering commitment to 'Zero Harm' and HSE standards. We will also continue to use our professional services to ensure the successful completion and acceptance of the project.
As of December 4, 2025. After one year of hard work by the BMPCE team, over 60,000 m3 of earth excavation and transportation, 56,000 m of piling work, 9,300 m2 of basement, and 6,600 tons of steel structure construction have been completed. The final steel beam was hoisted today. The next tasks include 2,500 tons of rebar binding and 20,000 m3 of concrete pouring, as well as mechanical, electrical, and firefighting installation work. The BMPCE team will maintain their high efficiency to complete the remaining construction work on time and with high quality.
On the September 9, 2025 Liebherr Machine Tool Technologies celebrated its new achievement: Opening the edge-cutting manufacturing factory in Chongqing, China. This is another remarkable investment and commitment by the Liebherr Group to the China market. The newly built Industrial-4.0 manufacturing facilities has approx. 12,800sqm floor areas for production, logistic and R&D was successfully managed by BMP team in close cooperation with the Liebherr German & Chinese team, local Gov’t and its design and construction partners.
One more EPC project is successfully handed over to our client: KSR-KUEBLER Automation Instrument Co., Ltd.- part of WIKA Group from Germany. It’s a R&D and Manufacturing Center facility with 10,000sqm floor areas, designed and built on a plot of greenfield located in Songjiang, Shanghai. BMP has delivered this state-of-art project fully as contractually committed in budget, quality and time!
On June 25, 2025, CNGR Advanced Material Co., Ltd., in cooperation with AL MADA, one of the largest private investment funds in Africa, held a grand opening ceremony for the first phase of the CNGR Morocco Industrial Base project in the JORF LASFAR area of Morocco. The Industrial Base covers an overall planned area of over 200 hectares, GFA 120,000 sqm in phase 1, As the first project of its kind in Africa and a pioneering practice worldwide except for Asia, it has attracted much attention. The project will be gradually promoted in three complementary industrial projects, with a final annual production capacity of 70GWh. BMP team provided on site procurement and cost control management services for more than one year. The excellent performance of BMP team won the reputation from all the project participants. It also remarked the successful activities of BMP in the remote North African region.
By end of the WK25 2025, all pling works, deep pit retaining wall and bracing works, geothermal piping works, road and underground outdoor piping works for both temporary and permanent use, and more important over 60,000cbm pit soil excavation and transportation works are completed earlier than planned! These achievements are delivered in approx. 4 full-speed construction months by BMPCE team for one of its EPC projects in Shanghai: the Feature-Tec R&D, head-quarter, manufacturing and automation logistic facility, in total with GFA over 60,000sqm.
On the April 18th 2025, Senoplast China celebrated the 5th anniversary at its Suzhou Base. The facilities in size of calculated floor areas of approx. 8,000sqm on plot of 30Mu land were designed and built by BMP as EPC Contractor in 2020. Five years after its completion, the facilities remain a state-of-the-art manufacturing benchmark.
