The Daimler Star, on top of its Daimlers' WangJing Admin Building in Northern Beijing, is currently receiving a technical upgrade for an even better appearance in the Beijing skyline. The largest Daimler Star in Asia, with a diameter of 10m and a weight of more than 8 tons, will in future be equipped e.g. with a new el. actuator and a state-of-the-are LED System. For this highly prestigious and sensitive works BMP was contracted due to our long track record of successful and accident free projects on behalf of Daimler and Benz-BAIC JV in China. All works are scheduled to be finished by October 2017.
